Welcome to the Oyster Walking Club website. The club was formed in January 2004 to promote hillwalking and exploration of the surrounding counties. We undertake hillwalks in the Burren, Connemara, Mayo, and further afield. Activities include weekends away and walking holidays abroad. We meet in Clarinbridge every second Sunday at 9am. Please note that a good level of fitness is required for hillwalking. For more information visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/groups/458887570180/

Visitors to this web site are reminded that hill walking, climbing and rambling are activities that can be dangerous and may result in personal injury or death. Participants should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.” (Mountaineering Ireland)
